i am got a tip to flash EC chip to remove password but i can not identify it on motherboard.

Any other way ?

there is no other way
just try to find the EC chip on the board and reprogram it

okey im got it. bios here is not sop8 sop6 et is NPCE288 chip. I have no programmer to make it.
