i have a guide to unlock lenovo 8th generation and lower but no way to unlock 32mb bios of 9th generation t590 x390 etc....
if you confirm me u can unlock this x1 carbon i can tell my customer to buy locked laptops if u havent unlock i tell him to not buy

we can't surely confirm that we can unlock those kind of laptops
but if you send original bios backup we will try to remove password
